Every morning I wake up and have coffee first thing. In the past I used hot cocoa and soy milk to sweeten it. In an attempt to cut calories for the past three months I just use splenda and soy milk.
Checking myself out recently I feel a slight increase in cellulite. Could this be caused by splenda? Or it could be from my drunken debauchery over the Holiday weekend![]()
Anyways, how bad is splenda for you? Can it really increase cellulite? What are some other alternatives that are low calorie and healthy to put in my coffee?
Also, I can't quit coffee. That would require serious in patient treatment so please don't suggest that.
