    Default Yeast invading the body?

    I think I have yeast in my bloodstream. I never get yeast infections and think I have one coming on now. I am also having trouble losing weight, constipation/ibs symptoms, fatigue and muscle pain/weakness. Anyone else have experience or information about this?

    Try googling leaky gut syndrome. That is what happens when you have perpetual overgrowth of yeast.

    Try to take high quality probiotics (the kind that are refrigerated, not just processed yogurt, they are at whole foods and trader joes), and cutting out refined sugars and flours, fruits, etc. That only feeds the yeast.

    I tried eating less carbs and more veggies and meat, etc and i felt better after a few days, so much more nergy, etc. I think the yeast might have had something to do with it i get chronic infections.

    I'm not sure if this will help you or not, but most health food stores sell supplements to help with candida (the one I took was candida ease). For awhile I was getting chronic yeast infections and my mom spent massive amounts of time researching it. Since taking it I haven't had one in over a year....now cross my fingers and knock on wood so I don't jinx myself!

    I used to get chronic YI all the time.
    My massage/acupuncture/healer lady put me on Candex, Primal Defense probiotics and Femdophilus (this balances the flora and yeast in the vagina). It took a long time, but I have been infection free for over a year now.

    The problem is that we have yeast naturally in our bodies but it can get out of control . When it got to the breaking point, I stopped eating anything with flour, yeast or sugar in it and stayed away from things that were high in sugar. I ate plain yogurt ONLY. The fruit flavors had way too much sugar in them and absolutely no alcohol (TONS of sugar in that). It still took a good month to get rid of all the symptoms and I was worried for a long time about it coming back.

    www.iherb.com is a great place to get all of these natural things and they ship fast!

    Another thing I used to do (which is kind of gross) Yeast hates salt so I used to make a mixture of sea salts and water and squirt it up into my vagina with a turkey baster. Don't worry, I never use it to cook with. And I do that now when I feel a little uncomfortable or itchy!

    Gaia Herbs makes a Candida Cleanse that is excellent. I recommend that, eliminating sugars (go lo-carb to stop feeding the yeast) and yes - even fermented foods (these can be good, but not when there's a yeast problem). Also check into adding grapefruit seed extract to your water. It's by Nutribiotics and oddly enough can be used as a cleaner too.

    And definitely start taking a probiotic. A great one is Ultimate Flora Critical Care by Renew Life Industries.
