What kinds of food are you eating? Have you recently made any changes to your diet and the amount that you eat? How much sodium are you taking in?

Ditch (most likely) the gluten and dairy for a while and see what happens. If you still see/feel the bloat try eating more garlic, oregano, grapefruit (just one a few tiemes a week) or suuplement with oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, black walnut hulls/clove/worm wood extract (to kill possible parasite activity).
I used to get this.
Also, start taking acidophilus supplements. It helps balance out your intestinal bacteria so that you digest properly.
Usually that puffiness is a sign of poor digestion.

^^^ can't believe I forgot that one. Start taking probiotics if you're not already.

Thanks for the suggestions! I will get some acidophilus. I do have IBS, so that may have something to do with it. The weird part is that it happens no matter what I eat and how small of a serving it is. I have not changed my diet or anything lately. This is not a new thing, it's happened for as long as I can remember.
I agree with dairy decrease. I had constant bloating like that until I decided I thought it was dairy related. I seem to be much better now switching to soy.

be careful with soy.....it is a mucus. A lot of people think it's a miracle food but it has been linked to breast cancer.
I should add that I rarely even drank milk, and with that soy. There are also studies proving milk can cause cancer. I'm pretty sure there's a study proving ANYTHING can cause cancer. The key is moderation.

^^^ Yep and a lot of cases of IBS are actually coeliac sprue or intolerance.

Great advice here!
Start your day with a probiotic blend and drink lots and lots of water as well.
There are other digestive enzymes you can get.
Go to your local health food store/co-op and ask the employees there. They should be able to give you great advice.
I have the same problem, even from drinking a little and the doctor says it's from IBS. I take a probiotic mix and it does help and also makes me regular. Nothing else has really helped so far and I know mines isn't food related much, because I hardly eat. Hope your tummy feels better!
