Mine was when I was on the high school swim team. I swam 2-3 hours a day every day after school. I would eat tons of bagels and trail mix too, but nothing would stick.
I like my figure the least when I lift a lot of weights- I put on muscle really quick and I don't like how much it bulks up my frame.

). We train together a fair amount. He is into more resistance than weight training which is fun and we never do the same workout twice.
