It's true for dieting.
Our weight is based on how we've been eating for months and years, not a few days here and there. Nobody becomes fat because they pigged out for a few days. What matters is how you do over all!
Don't hold yourself to the standard of being perfect.. NOBODY is! And also, food is just food. It's not good or bad... YOU are not good or bad because of what you ate on a particular day.
