    Default strayed off diet

    UGH!!! okay ladies I need to pick your guys brains again lol I've strayed off my diet and did awesome for a straight 2 weeks! But this past week I just said f it and kind of had some beinges here and there and didn't work out since Tuesday.

    So I'm start tomorrow and can totally feel the gain but did all my hard work go to waste?

    No it was not a waste! Just because you strayed off your diet doesn't mean you won't reach your goal. Jump back on the wagon! Also, next time you are tempted to stray remember this time to help keep you on the right path.

    What type of diet are you doing?

    It helps to allow yourself one cheat meal a week. If you're craving pizza, then you know that you can eat some on Friday for lunch or whatever and you won't be tempted to cheat. That doesn't mean eat an entire large pizza by yourself, but it makes dieting much easier! Good luck

    Oh man, I did the same thing. For almost a month though. I thought I felt this huge gain but it wasn't as bad as I thought. And when I say "strayed" I mean I got fast food twice a day!

    Something I personally noticed, once you get BACK on the wagon a lot of water weight will drop and you will feel less bloated and over full. It's hard because your stomach might be a little stretched out but just drink tons of water and eat a lot of veggies to kick the hunger pangs.

    You can totally do it. Up your exercise and remember that we ALL fuck up. Wishing it didn't happen and worrying over it makes us miserable and it's easier to try and be happy while dieting.

    You know the old saying, "Life's a journey, not a destination?"

    It's true for dieting.

    Our weight is based on how we've been eating for months and years, not a few days here and there. Nobody becomes fat because they pigged out for a few days. What matters is how you do over all!

    Don't hold yourself to the standard of being perfect.. NOBODY is! And also, food is just food. It's not good or bad... YOU are not good or bad because of what you ate on a particular day.

    Fantastic advice to keep in mind.
    Kind of like the "You didn't gain the weight overnight, and you won't lose all of it overnight either..."

    Wish it did work like that though haha >.<

    omg thanks super much.. I'm back on my diet and did some light exercises but will go full force tomorrow I workout tues-saturday I did however take a salsa class for about 30 mins 3 times a week I was sweating like pig lol even though pigs dont sweat thanks again girls you guys rock!! Great to know I'm not alone..
