Lately I've been avoiding preservatives and opting for fresh/preservative free food. Does this help you stay slim?
I've been avoiding them too but I think the weight loss can be attributed more towards eating more fruits, veggies, and healthier grains than prepackaged/processed/refined food that is naturally worse for you all around.
Yup, the chemicals are bad for you anyway. Don't know whether they affect your weight or not, but you'll be healthier and you'll feel better if you eat real food instead of processed chemicals.
It made me feel better but made my alcohol tolerance shoot to hellI get wasted off of just a few drinks now.
