Lawdy!
I've been walking, jumping, shuffling, tricep dippin', ass clenchin', and I think my body is about to make me retire from my get fit and tone aspirations!
I am sooooo incredibly sore even though I take two days of rest a week.
*sniffle* I think my hip is dislocated
Now they say walking is supposed to be the best exercise there is but I even have a few blisters forming on the ball of my right foot.
This is some bullshit yall.![]()
