    Lawdy!
    I've been walking, jumping, shuffling, tricep dippin', ass clenchin', and I think my body is about to make me retire from my get fit and tone aspirations!

    I am sooooo incredibly sore even though I take two days of rest a week.

    *sniffle* I think my hip is dislocated

    Now they say walking is supposed to be the best exercise there is but I even have a few blisters forming on the ball of my right foot.

    This is some bullshit yall.

    I don't think walking is the best exercise there is. Swimming or bike riding would be my guess.

    actually its the stair master and jump roping is the best

    Girrrrrrlies! I got on that Stairmaster at Bally's and damn near fell out after 5 minutes. And here I thought going up and down the three flights of stairs in my building was hard. LOL That Stairmaster is no joke.
    The blister on the ball of my foot: I peeled the skin off and now the bottom of my foot looks like something from another planet. (My once pretty feet are now ugly!)
    The corn on my pinky toe: Looks like a super bright red cherry( I have since bought corn cushions)

    Now I know that I need to get some walking shoes becuz all I have are running shoes and I just refuse to run!

    I now question the walking thing as being the best exercise due to the suffrage I've sustained yanno.

    That mutherf*cking ABCOASTER is garbage! I'm like sooooooooooo pissed with that, but hey, since the informercial turned out to be a joke, I also closed the credit card they would have been charging.

    I do have the exercise band and the tension on that is good. I'm going to use an extension cord now as my jump rope.

    Since gas is my right ass cheek and two breasts compared to the arm and leg, I have been riding my bicycle and honeys..... that leg workout is bananas and all I can think while I'm pedaling is this: "If I don't pedal, not only will I not move, I'll also fall off the damn bike!"

    Thankyou for the kudos and advice! And I'll keep yall informed of my get fit aspirations!

    jump roping rocks!! Been doing it for over 10 years and have not gained a pound back. I also eat what I want. Great energy boost too!

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH, the jump rope. I read that just jumping 10 measly minutes of rope is comparable to 25 minutes of running.

    10 measly minutes? I can barely do the 3 minutes that I make myself do, lol! What about jumping on a trampoline (the small one used for fitness)?
