Default Need recommendations on diet pills...

Okay, I've tried all sorts of diet pills. I want something that will help me have the energy to work out and will help enhance my workouts. Here's what I NEED in a diet pill:

    1. Appetite suppressant
    2. Helps boost energy
    3. Helps boost metabolism
    4. Helps regulate fluid retention
    5. Doesn't hinder my ability to build muscle mass

Now here's what I've tried and what I liked and didn't like:

Hydroxycut Hardcore-I LOVED this product! I lost mad weight on it, had a ton of energy, and felt just incredible! I never went past the starting dosage (you start off on 1 pill 2x day and work up to 3 pills 2x day), but I didn't need to. It was awesome! Unfortunately, after about a month and a half, I started having occassional chest pains (nothing serious) and my doctor told me in no uncertain terms that I had to stop it.

Alli: Never again. It doesn't suppress your appetite, boost your energy, or anything. All it does is give you liquid shits.

Slimquick: Honestly, I didn't notice ANY effects with this, except it did help a tiny bit with water retention. I still had no energy with this formula, and I just didn't feel like it was very effective.

Alli is just a fat blocker. Its not suppose to do anything else really.
I'm on diet pro. This shit is awesome. Unfortunately, I get it from a trusted co worker and thats the only place I know where to get it.

Its not a diet pill but helps melt pounds off with good diet and exercise is chromium picolinate. Helps retain muscle mass and levels insulin levels. Max you can take is 2000 mcg a day. I take 800-1200mcg a day.
