    Default Double Dance Hustle

I work with my best friend and we sell a lot of double dances. I wouldn't have done this if I didn't know it was fine with her.

Last night, we were both in the lap dance room but giving dances to separate customers. I finished first, and when I was passing her and her customer on the way out, I jokingly said, "Hey, this looks hot, can I join?" It actually worked and we sold two double dances.

I was wondering if I should try it again under the same circumstances. I want to know, if this were to happen to one of you, would you be thrown off? Would you think it was rude/tacky? Would it decrease your chances of getting another dance with your current dancer, or any dances at all from the one who asked if she could join, even if they were both polite about it if you refused? It seems like a good way to get double dances with guys who are already back there and spending money, but I don't want to ruin the mood, so to speak, or hurt my chances of getting a dance from them later by myself.

I don't do double dances as a rule. Honestly, I would view it as a hustle that I would have no trouble saying "no thanks" to. The only way I would be upset about it would be if either dancer was a pain in the neck about it.

its not the *best* idea but sometimes i pressure my customers that i already know to dance with one of my friends too. a customer that danced with both me and my friend, i suggested we just do it together bc he was going to do it with both of us anyway. i could tell he didnt want to but he did it.

another guy i did a lot of dances with myself but sometimes i'd be like "oh can we pull so an so over?" and he would always say yes.

also the way our vip is set up, only 2 girls can be back there at a time. so a few times if i was back there and a friend was back there too and got finished, i'd be like "can't we keep her?" and guys have said yes.

but 9 times out of 10 they do not want to and it will result in less dances for YOU. the 2nd guy i talked about, i knew he was going to spend the same amount on me and my friend wasnt cutting into that money. but there are guys who have a set amount theyre going to spend, period, and it will hurt my money. there are few girls i'll do that for, and they are girls who have done it for me as well.

if you are doing a double dance hustle, don't jump in and hustle a guy in the middle of his dances with someone else. even if you were my bff, I would be kind of pissed. It's better to arrange it ahead of time, or let her pull you in.

    Ditto.

I wouldn't be offended by the request, I'd simply turn it down. As Brit mentioned, I'm not going to bring extra money to facilitate something I really didn't seek out to buy, Every double dance bought would mean one less single dance for the gal I was buying from in the first place. She's the one you probably better ask about being offended.

I wouldn't be offended but to me it is an example of the dancers cannabalizing themselves and I bet most guys would agree with me. I assume most guys go to a club with a limit in mind they can generally keep to. Double dances just mean that limit gets reached sooner. The girl I am already with will almost certainly lose out if she allows or encourages another girl to jump in and I allow it.

Maybe a better approach would be to arrange before hand that if your both in VIP and one finishes before the other as your passing the remaining girl you playfully pat the girl on the ass. The remaining girl can then either introduce to you to her customer and suggest a double or continue on her own in VIP.

That way the customer will see you as cheeky and may get a dance with you later if he does do a double. Also it won't seem that your trying to cut in on the dance as your being invited to join.

I've tried the double dance thing. It's a novelty, but that is it. I avoid it because it is not a good a value to me. If it costs the same as single dancers, I'd consider doing it more often, but usually that is not the deal. In some cases it works out as half the attention at twice the price. That said... to the OP, if it works for you, go for it, but don't be surprised if some customers aren't peeved by it. It's a good deal for you but often not for them.

speaking of double dances.. (this is so not on topic) last night my regular made me do double dances with a girl i HATE. i mean, he didnt make me. but i figured i'm there to make money so why turn it down.. even if this is the bitch who pushed me, went after my boyfriend, and basically makes my stomach turn every time i look at her. ugh. he gets off on making things uncomfortable. i swear it threw my whole night off bc it was the first set of dances i did.

I like Johnny's idea, I will probably just try that. Her being offended is not really an issue, we live together, she would have mentioned it and I was planning to ask before I did it again. But I guess it hadn't occurred to me that even if we both allowed it, we'd end up making about the same amount of money, or maybe less if the guy felt over-hustled. Thanks for the feedback.

And also off topic, last night I did a lap dance with a girl who dry humped me so hard I lost my breath and couldn't walk straight.

Some people like them. I don't like getting dances from two dancers at a time. It wouldn't make a difference to me in deciding whether I was going to get another dance from the dancer I was with.

in my experience the guys who -do- want a double girl dance are incredibly easy to figure out. i usually go about my normal hustle (which is mostly a non-hustle ) and if the guy is giving me hints to wanting that sort of thing, i'll find a smooth way to bring it up.. and then i will approach a dancer i like working with and see if she's available to come over (if he doesnt mention someone specific).

i rarely do it, but on the occasion that the customer himself has either brought it up or hinted at it.. its been WAY profitable.

I don't do double dances mostly because a) I am not into girl girl and b) I am selfish and want it to be all about me. But I can see how in a lot of cases it would work for the dancers. Most guys like to see women fooling around with each other.

To the OP...sounds like you are on to something. Your approach was good ie: keeping it non pushy but sexy and planting a seed with the customer. I don't think you need to change your approach at all.

I've had two girls dance for me, but I asked them to do it one after the other, not both at the same time.

usually when a customer wants 2 girl dances i get him to specify if he means both of us dance for him at the same time OR we dance for EACHOTHER. i have occasionally had guys pay for an hour or more worth of songs for myself and other dancer to dance with each other. again, i don't ever approach this as a hustle, but i'm more than willing to oblige if the customer wants it.

the only time i hate doing it is when the customer insists on picking the other girl. i'll still do it, but i can be more comfortable with some girls than others. also, we can be more touchy with other dancers in my club, and i'd rather that be with someone i get along with/can have fun with.

I'm not surprised to hear that most customers dont like double dances.
I love doing them as a dancer coz they are easy and far less intimate between dancer and customer. That's more comfortable for me. Plus it's less boring for me to have my friend there dancing with me. But for the customer IMO they get the crappy end of the deal.

If I was the dancer in question here I would be pissed off because I think it was rude to jump in like that.

If my roommate had thought it was rude, she would have said something. And I most certainly would not be silly enough to try anything like this with any of the other dancers, so that is not really an issue.

I also understand why double dances are not exactly most people's first choice, but then again some guys like them a lot. I often throw the option out there but I never push it. I think my roommate and I give pretty good ones, as far as double dances go, so I guess my goal was to either inspire a customer to spend a little more than he intended for a good double dance if that's his thing, or split his allowance between fewer dancers, mainly my roommate and I.

I'd be shitty if someone tried to get in on dances I was doing for a customer. Unless we had worked that sort of hustle out beforehand (which I can't really imagine), I would be 100% against the idea.

I realize this is a question for the guys, but the OP has me .

Girls, I promise this is not a problem, nor is it the issue I was really inquiring about. The other dancer in question is not some random co-worker; I would never, ever do something like that anyone else. This girl is my best friend of 5 years and my roommate. I would not have done it if I had not expected her to be fine with it, and even if I was wrong and she did mind, she would have said something after work. She didn't. We're cool.

I made this thread to get input from customers, to see how likely they would be to accept a double dance when it was presented to them like this, and more importantly, to see if it would have any adverse affect on her money or my potential money. I have gotten lots of useful feedback, I am grateful for that and I would like to keep the thread focused on that aspect of the situation.
