Lately I've been kicking my workout routine into HIGH HIGH gear, I've been making myself drink about a half gallon a day (Im still trying to build up how much I drink) because you know what they say "It'll help you lose weight" "it'll help flush all that fat out of your system" "it'll boost your metabolism.." my personal FAVORITE is --> " in order to shed excess water, DRINK MORE OF IT!"![]()

So what happens when I take "there" advice?! I am fat, bloated, and all gushy looking...I can NOT see any definition whereas JUST TWO DAYS prior my abs are starting to peek! NOT ANYMORE!![]()
