    Default Water weight gain...! WHY?! GRIPE!

    Okay so I hate water... . I will only drink water directly after or (sometimes) during a strenous workout and when it's really really hot. Other times I drink diet/sodas

    Lately I've been kicking my workout routine into HIGH HIGH gear, I've been making myself drink about a half gallon a day (Im still trying to build up how much I drink) because you know what they say "It'll help you lose weight" "it'll help flush all that fat out of your system" "it'll boost your metabolism.." my personal FAVORITE is --> " in order to shed excess water, DRINK MORE OF IT!"

    CAN IT GRANNY!, Mkaythnx!...

    So what happens when I take "there" advice?! I am fat, bloated, and all gushy looking...I can NOT see any definition whereas JUST TWO DAYS prior my abs are starting to peek! NOT ANYMORE!

    Anyone else like this!??? Tell me I'm not alone

    I can be sometimes. But I have a pretty poor diet, and I think that's why. I try to drink lots of water, and if I haven't had a lot in awhile, the first day I feel like I have to pee a lot and I feel more bloated. But it passes in 24 hours if I keep it up.

    It's probably all that sodium from the diet sodas catching up to you. I notice a huge influx in bloating when I start gushing down the water, but it goes away and your body adapts. Could you be starting your period at the same time?

    Yea...thats just it... I don't have to peeeee that much. I feel like I've retained most of it... yuck!

    I didn't think about the sodium in the diet sodas at all.
