    Come home
    Get a shower
    take some arnica
    go to sleep
back rub if I need it
yoga when I feel up to it
    Glucosamine Condroitin with breakfast.

    I'm lazy.

After work (when I have the energy that is!):

    make up removing wipe
    brush tangles out of hair
shower (with make up removing foam)
make up removing wipe again (I wear a ton of make up, especially around my eyes!)
ice my bad ankle if it hurts (probably should do it more often)
arnica cream on knees, bruises and ankles
    glucosamine
fall into bed and pass out!

    weekly:
    nail polish upkeep
shave every hair off my body

I'm pretty light on my stripper upkeep, it seems. I would love to stretch before I pass out, but I usually just don't have the time. Especially on weekends when my club is open until 3am!

Foam roller (http://foam-roller.com/) and/or yamuna body rolling (www.yamunabodyrolling.com) -- check out her foot savers. I highly recommend them for ya'll working in stilletos!

I wish I'd known about this stuff back when I was dancing. But I still need it since i teach like 4 fitness classes/day

Damn I need to be better. I love the stretching and icing ideas. I do nothing. I shower and eat and crash. And that is why my body is falling apart.
I'm confused, but the Chewbacca Truffle Shuffle cleared it up. - Emily

I try not to eat right before going to sleep. It can lead to an upset stomach.

But I totally want to try stretching before bed too. My legs are always so sore the next day!

Haha I love how you guys think you're lazy doing all that. A shower and lazy attempt at removing makeup which is sometimes done with a babywipe is my routine. :/

Wash my makeup off. Crash. I don't even shower, is that terrible? Sleep is my unwind routine.

i'm the same way. my club closes at 3am sun-thurs and 4am fri-sat. we have to get there at 7, which means 8-9 hour shifts. i'm too tired to do anything except take off my makeup and go to sleep.

weekly, mani/pedis help me chill out. and i looove going tanning. it's just sooo relaxing being in a bright warm box, smelling like coconut, and listening to my ipod.

Make some tea (decaf or Emergen-c)
Arnica on the ouchies if I remember
Ice on the knees, heating pad on the back/shoulders

Might sound retarded, but I dance. I put on some awesome music on pandora, and start out slow to strech, and then move on. It's exercise for me, I work up a sweat, and it's relaxing/energizing for me.

This is, of course, after a FULL night of sleep and wandering aimlessly around the house for a while until I come to, and a redbull.
