so I am trying to make cucumber/avacado rolls. Got the sushi rice, the solution (the rice vinegar, sugar, salt shit), everything. I mixed the solution in with the rice, and the rice looks like total mush.
What did I do wrong??? Is it supposed to be like this? I think it'll just drip right off the nori.
I can't cook for shit. Any suggestions from those who have made sushi rice before?
