Default Should you be in good shape before implants?

I have been contemplating implants for a long time now, just keep going back and forth to wait until after kids and that I am scared of the pain!
It would also be nice to have some boobs for once. I am not flat (small C) but would like some more ooommphff. Also I have to take out a benign tumor thats a big lump just sitting there.
I was going to get it all done in one shot.

Also I am quite flubbery, with a big tire on my stomach and a jiggly ass and thighs.
    I am not over weight I am 5'10 and 135-140 I think.
I would like to ditch the fat roll and tone up. Is it advisable to be in your ideal toned and in shape self before you get implants?

Or can I start on it now and continue after I get them (not right away of course).
How long do you have to wait before you can start working out after you get them?

Your "jiggley ass and thighs" might be someone elses version of looking good. Couldn't tell much without a picture.
You will be doing nothing for at least a month to six weeks. So, yes, get in the best shape you can before boobs.
I was told to wait 6 weeks before working out....including cardio.

no chest exersises. i got under the muscles, and if the muscles are tight from working otu or pole tricks, it hurts a lot more while healing.

It is advised to tone up and get in as good a shape as you are likely to maintain before getting implants. For one, being fit and in good health will help your recovery immensely, and for two, if a natural look is important to you, then you want to do it at a point where you have a low body fat percentage. If you get implants and then lose weight, the breast tissue that formerly covered your implants will lessen and your implants won't look as natural as they did before.

Part of this can be addressed by going under the muscle, which gives you an added layer of flesh between the skin and the implant.

Since most surgeons with a good reputation will have a waiting list of a month or two before being available to perform your surgery, then you can start working out now while you go to consultations and arrange your finances.

You should always try to be in good shape before any surgery. Your body needs to be in the best shape it can to help you recover better and faster.
