    Default Are these "high profile"?

I love this look! But a size bigger I would say.
Do you think these are high profile? Is high profile a good option if your going under the muscle?
Or if your boobs are a little far apart from each other?

I dunno but they look really good! Mine now look kind of like the before pic and that's about the size I'm thinking about getting. I will probably do high profile. When I tried them on in a bra at the doctor's office the low profiles looked like they came out too far to the side on me.

I just looked at his other pics and some of the others aren't nearly as nice

Pam Anderson's aren't high profile, they're just huge.

High profiles stick out farther without having to get an implant that's s big around if that makes sense.

    More projection; less diameter.

Those don't look like high-profile implants to me. They almost look like teardrop implants because of the slope they have and they way they hang off of her chest.

Getting high profile implants would be a recommendation by your doctor. They judge what kind of implant would fit you best for the look you are trying to achieve by looking at your overall height and weight, rib cage, type of rib cage, pre-existing breast tissue, where your existing breasts sit on your frame.. etc. I'm no doctor but there many factors that determine the kind of implant that would best fit a woman.

So, if you haven't already schedule a consult and ask him/her about this.

I didn't even think I'd want high profile before having a consult, so definitely go for a consult. It wasn't until I talked with the surgeon and tried different implants in a bra and looked at a lot of her pictures that I decided that's what's best for me. But it has to do with the width of my ribcage and what I have now as far as size. The low profile or moderates looked like they went too far out to the sides for me.

Whenever I eventually get it done I'll keep you posted, but it won't be for a while. I'm hoping to do it around December.

Look like Medium to me also. You should speak with your doctor very closely to ensure you get the right fit for you.

Looks like moderate and/or tear drop implants. Bring those pictures in with you or email your PS a link to those pictures to verify. I received tear drop silicone gel, under the muscle through the armpit. My pics are in another thread with a full shot of my boobs if you want to take a peek!

Thanks guys, yea I need to go see the Doc I choose again, hes three hours away. I decided on him if I get it done. I forgot to ask him about the profiles.
He said I needed to do a peri-aereola lift, I dont want that though because I want
to be able to breast feed and I dont think I need it,unless I want the perfect, perfect Playboy augmentation.
I like how the girls breasts look in the first article I posted (in my second post)
it says those are high profile. Thats the look I want.
I dont know if i have a "narrow chest wall" does that mean your boobs are far apart of what?

I think narrow chest wall just means that the width of your chest isn't that wide.

i have a wide ribcage, and i went with moderate profiles and they filled me out well.

narrow means yes that you have a smaller diameter across your chest for implant placement.

Ok I think thats what I have. I am afraid of getting the disc under the skin look.
    I can't stand that.

High profile looks different on different bodies. I've seen moderates like look like "discs" under the skin, as opposed to "balls" or "fruits".

I've also seem plenty of HP's that don't look like Pam's.

The whole point of HP's is to give more cc's in the least amount of space on your rib cage. I don't have a narrow rib cage but projection is REALLY important to me. Because the cc's in a HP implant aren't going width wise they HAVE to go out from your body (projection).

Some people don't like for boobs to stick out so far away from the body. But if you have a small rib cage and still go with a smallish HP implant, they'll basically look like mods do on a person with a large rib cage and greater cc's.

HP's aren't made for people who want to look fake, but it is easier to achieve a fake look using a big HP's because you would need WAY too many cc's and be sooo wide in mods to get a high round look.

It's entirely possible that the people in the picture have HP's.
