I'm considering it.
Has anyone had it done? Friends/Family members?

No. I'd rather get a flattering hair cut.

Oh cool though I've seen this before. I kinda have a big forehead. Can fit all 4 fingers on my forehead. I've also tried fringe bangs and they don't hold up when straight against humidity and look horrid when curly.
Sorry, don't know anyone who's done it.

I've thought about it.....
I have a huge forehead too...can fit 5 fingers on it! But a flattering haircut works wonders...I'm all for PS, but I wouldnt do this.

Not quite, this surgeon states that he mainly performs this procedure on woman who requested lower hairlines via hair transplantation. This option is more practical that hair transplants & about 1/2 the price and he has been performing it for twenty years, primarily on woman with healthy, strong hairlines who just have high foreheads. I guess it also popular among transexual woman who want to look more feminine.
Also stated on his website, is that this surgery is not practical or feasible for people who have receding hairlines or balding.
& TM, I too, have a four finger forehead. Lol.
That'd be pretty neat since I'm in the 4 finger forehead club too.
Some of yall keep mentioning flattering haircuts, but does anyone have some decent examples?

Love your fivehead! LOL Angled or side bangs can look really good if you hate straight bangs. I looked cute with v-bangs (like Betty Page bangs, but pointy at the center) but that depends on your style. I've been growing my bangs out and rocking the hair bump recently-it's pulled back but not tightly and I think it's pretty flattering. A deep side part looks good too.

Tyra Banks could probably benefit from this. Her forehead has its own zip code. Reese Witherspoon's forehead is cute, though.

Want it so much omg.

^^When I was young (like 14) I *hated* the really fine hair that comes down from the temples and sticks to the forehead. So....I shaved them off! Unfortunately though, being that age I went a little high and the hair never grew back properly, so now I have what looks like a receding hair line to go along with my high forehead lol. Thankfully you can't really tell unless I wear it up, which I only do when I work out. I'm sure Greenidlady has noticed it before when she cut my hair lol.

Wow, that is interesting. Shit, there is surgery for everything.

Large foreheads can make the chin appear smaller. This means you probably all have ultra-feminine faces! Don't change anything!
