    Default Book on London

The book on the London strip scene by Ellouise who has worked in both clubs and pubs is now available in UK book stores and also via Amazon and the like. It's called " Girl in High Heels- Intimate confessions of a London stripper" and it covers Ellouise's life starting at Stringfellows then via a pub called Diamonds { not it's real name, run by a brother and sister, everybody in London will know which one} and finally the White Horse. There is quite a bit of insight into how the scene works, difficult customers, bitchy girls, randy management, stalkers etc though in the main she remains positive about the scene and in interviews she has defended clubs/pubs against the idiot attacks of feminists. It's well written and worth a read.

I didn't find it on the US Amazon but did find it on UK Amazon. I guess the US will have to wait?

She still pops into the White Horse every now and then for a drink in the evening.

Jesus christ, this book arrived today at 5pm and finished it at 10pm. Not saying anything bad about the book length: i am a fast reader and coudn't put it down.

I don't want to give anything away but that woman has the patience of a saint withh everything she put up with.

From the back cove blurb i was worried this would be a fluffy white washing book but she didn't hold anything back and told it like it was.

VERY ENJOYABLE!!! Even though it nearly put me off going back to work in a sc lol.
