Summer is here, and I always stress because I have cellulite, the genetic kind that diet and exercise usually don't fix. BUTTTT.... I've been eating super clean and healthy the past week, and drinking a butt-load of water. It's still there, but it seems to be getting tons better!
I've been eating sushi/sashimi, berries and other fruits, a bit of dairy, cereals, veggies, and basically staying away from most processed foods. I do still drink a bit of caffeine, but minimal alcohol or juices. Mind you I was a relatively healthy eater before. I'm going to triple check in different lighting, but DAMN I'm happy.
Just wanted to share, because nothings seemed to worked for me this fast, or even at all. So maybe it could help someone else with the same prob.
