Default The steps of SW recovery (and falling off the wagon)

Day 1 - that was ok... like la de da - this is fun being away from everything.

Day 2 - the shakes start... have a few drinks and they go away

Day 3 - shakes, hot flashes, sick to your stomach - all you can think of it "what the hell am I missing on SW"

Day 4 - same as day 3 but freaking that you missed a bunch of great drama and now itll take a month to catch up

Day 5 - Shakes subside with lots of booze

Day 6 - Finally stop thinking about SW all the time and can focus on other things

Day 7 - noon - Decide "fuck this camping shit, im sick of drinking and Im going home"

Day 7 - 2pm - can only think about SW - start getting shaky again

Day 7 3pm- throw 1/2 your shit in the truck and race home

Day 7 4pm - pull into the garage

Day 7 4:07pm - get on SW, open a beer and catch up on all the missed drama

    I MISSED YOU GUYS!!!

I gotta go back to the campsite in the morning and get the other 1/2 of my shit....

Tuesday night everyone got wasted except my husband and I (we went to bed around 1030) because he had to get up at 6am to go to work. So, the next morning my sis in law was being a total bitch to me - telling me I was in a bad mood. It went on for 2 hours and I was so irritated I was like "Im done, c-ya!" so I took off. Sis in law and bro ended up leaving yesterday (7 days for them too, I was there 2 days before them) so, in the end I think 7 days is enough camping for me... anything more than that the fun starts leaving and it becomes boring and I was itching for a real shower.

Welcome back! The pictures of the trip are great, it looks like you had a blast.

What I love: the fact that no SW "drove you to drink" (like most people do anything BUT drink when camping) and the fact that you didn't shower the dirt/river water off before rushing to a computer. LOL
