i didnt vote bc it varies. in a typical week i'd say 3 times. but there are weeks where its twice, and weeks where its 4-5 times. ideally it would be 3 days a week since i dance 4 and dont really have time to work out those days, and if i *am* working out those days its bc i ate something bad for me or feel fat.
i rotate what i do.. mainly yoga and pilates right now but i go through phases where i'll try something new every day, or really get into kickboxing.. whatever i'm in the mood for usually sticks around a while haha.









Six, but only three days of hard cardio. Also, this last week I've been studying for a property and casualty licensing test so I haven't had the time or energy for any working out. Boo.
MWF, 2 miles treadmill, 30 minutes on elliptical, stretching
TUTHS, 2 miles treadmill, strength training
Yoga class on Saturdays SOMETIMES





I try to do two. How do you guys have all this time. And energy? I'd be so dead if I did all that treadmill and stuff!
5-6 days a week. I didn't work out on tuesday and also ate like a pig so yesterday I did strength training (upper body) for 1 hour then ran for another hour! That felt good. I love working out.

well, i stretch almost every day. are you guys counting that? i dont count that as working out...





I try to stick with a solid 5. Back/biceps - chest/triceps - lower body weight training and 2 days of hardcore cardio
Because there ain't no tits on the radio









I don't work out at all. In fact, when I get off work, I pick up fast food and sit in front of the tv and computer for the rest of the night. Today, I put a belt on that I normally loop at the third hole in and I could barely put it through the first hole in! So, I'm going to try to work out 5 times a week, starting tonight.





I voted 5-6 days.This is how my schedule usually goes:
Sunday-off
Monday-45 min. treadmill walking, 30 min. strength training, 10 min. Abs of Steel video
Tuesday-45 min. treadmill walking
Wednesday-same as Monday
Thursday-off
Friday-same as Monday and Wednesday
Saturday-same as Tuesday
So, I usually do 5 days of cardio and 3 days of weight lifting. But sometimes I have a busy week and can only fit in a couple days of working out. I try to stick to it the best I can.





I try to work out every other day. So about 3-4 days.
I usually just tone. Squats, crunches, lower ab work, and push ups.
I'm not sure..how long is a workout considered?
I work with a personal trainer 2 days a week (just started this)
Train Muay Thai 3 days a week (also just got back to this since SX)
Take 1 hour hip hop dance per week
Rollerblade 30minutes-1hour 3-4 times a week. Then hike with a pack 1 time per week.
This is max. Minimum I meet with the trainer as listed, Thai 2 times, Dance one time and rollerblading 2 times at 30 minutes.
So min. would be 6 hours, max around 8-9
Wow I'm surprised how many of us work out 5-6 days! I wish I could get in the gym that much. I only seem to have the time for 1-2 days. Oh well!
3 to four days, half hour each on my gazzelle. Thinking about upping it to an hour when it cools down around here.

I love going to the gym. I always go 3 days, but on a good week it'll be 4. I need to make it 5 though, LOL! I finally feel in pretty good shape, losing weight steadily but not fast and I got a few more pounds to go.




Does it have to happen at a gym? I get there a few times every week, but with work, that isn't always feasible.
Sit-ups, push-ups, and a ton of butt work happens on my floor everyday, plus whatever else I'm targeting for that day (sometimes calf raises, thighs, etc.).

I'm way lazy. I need to pick-up an exercise regime fast, but sorry to say... The only exercise I get is at work, walking a hole in the floor and occasionally pole dancing.
6 days most of the time. 5 some weeks. I am a competitive runner and swimmer and I run on a team with a coach. I race 1-2 x per week, two track practices, 1-2 long runs, 1 treadmill workout, swim workouts, weight training at home or in the gym 3x, abs/pushups daily, misc. gym stuff like stair mill, elip. I also jump rope a lot. I dance 5 nights per week.



I work out about 5 days a week. I start with 30 minutes of yoga and Pilates for stretching then alternate 30 minutes of free weights and cardio.
