Any recommendations? I really need a video to tell me what to do. LOL If I just am supposed to do X number crunches or whatever, I get bored quickly.
I love my Rodney Yee Flexibility video, but I need more arms and abs/back exercise at least. I wanna turn upside down on that pole! I don't need to be buff looking (I like my curvy waist) but I want some strength!
