I had some dancer stuff listed on ebay and was just notified that it's been removed under trademark infringement issues. I don't understand why and have already emailed them....any ebay sellers with some insight of what I may have done wrong?

Did you use pics of the actual clothes or pics from a website?
on some I used actual pics and some I used site pics....but all were removed.

You should have sold your Hooter's stuff on ebanned.com. I shit you not, I once saw a hooter's uniform, some naked pics and dirty socks etc. go for $12K. The girl was pretty well known and had a good fan base, but DAMN..

hmmm maybe ill try ebanned before ebay i have a whole lot of stripper stuff to get rid of.
shit....$12K? that's pretty damn good.So is ebanned better for stripper stuff? I have a lot I'm slowly getting rid of.

Yes, ebanned is the way to go with stripper stuff. Especially Hooter's crap too. Sell some thongs on there and say they're juicy and dirty and use a lot of nasty adjectives. Also, post a bunch of pics of you wearing the stuff, you don't have to show your face though.. a lot of girls don't.

I'd like to use this site. I need to get an email address from the isp though I think. It won't allow gmail. I need to look into my browsers web mail options.

Weren't you the one selling your old Hooters uniforms? Is that why the auctions were taken down? I know some of your auctions were unrelated to Hooters but I remember looking at the auctions and wondering if it was okay legally to be selling the Hooters uniform.

^ i dont think she was selling hooters uniforms. that was just mentioned.
there were hooters uniforms, but they weren't removed. just all the stripper outfits. some were site pics some were my actual pics so I cant figure out why they were removed :/ I emailed them but no response yet.

Ebay's policy on copyright issues to the best of my knowledge is that if someone complains of infringement they just pull the auction.

$12,000 for a Hooters Uniform???? Thats prolly more than x$????? than a Hooters waitress claims on her entire tax return for the whole year, lol
Question: on ebanned, how do u send out panties and stuff? with no return address?
So I just heard from Ebay. They said that it's cause Stephens Collection, Inc complained....but I have no idea what company it is. They said they couldn't provide me with details of why it was pulled and that I should contact that company directly, which I personally think is bullshit. They gave me the company's email so I emailed them and we'll see what they say.
I think I may just check ebanned out once I get back from vacation.
