I am going on vacation in a few weeks, and I will be doing some swimming scuba diving etc. I have a couple of scars that I want to cover up, but I was wondering, before I spend the money on Dermablend does anyone know if it's waterproof?

I don't think so, especially in the ocean.
i dont know, i know people that use it and claim its hard to get off with even soap and water. you may want to ask someone at the makeup counter.
Yeah, I googled it, and it said that it was waterproof, but a lot of products claim to be a lot of things. So I decided to ask here to see if anyone had a first hand experience with it being waterpoof. I know that it is pretty expensive, and I'd hate to get it especially for vacation just for it to wash away easily.

From my experience it stays on pretty good but you can still tell a difference after exposure to water.

I got a "setting powder" with mine to supposedly make it nontransferable. As far as getting on clothes, it didn't do that, but if you were to get wet, I'm sure the pwder would come off and then if you rubbed up against something it would be worse. If your scars are in areas that won't be rubbing on something, and if you're not in the water for long periods of time, I'm guessing you'd be fine..
Oh yeah, maybe see if you can get a sample before you buy it to take home. It's not the most pricey, but it's not really cheap either.
