I know it's normal to shed some hair (I think I read somewhere that something around 100 strands is normal?) but I feel like lately I've been shedding a lot more hair than usual. There's always a few strands on my clothes or wherever I've been sitting, on my pillow in the morning, and a lot by the shower drain. I can't really think of anything I've been doing differently lately except taking vitamin A and E, but vitamins are supposed to be good for you so that can't be the cause right?
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this, or more importantly, what I can do to stop shedding so much? My hair is already so thin so I'm scared it might get noticeable after a while if I keep shedding so much.![]()

On the front of the bottle it says 10 000UI and in the directions it says for adults to take one capsule daily. Would it be a better idea to take one capsule every other day?
