The inside or the outside? I have a few leather purses with some sort of cloth inside, and I honestly don't care a whole lot about the inside..
But, for the outside you could get a leather cleaner. Coach has specific cleaner for their bags. For the inside, you could pull the lining out (not all the way out, just so it's outside of the bag) and scrub it well with dish soap and water.

The lining got tagged by one of my #%^[email protected]%$%@$ cats. Otherwise I wouldn't care so much, It's sewn in, so it doesn't pull out![]()

Hmmmm.. I would say use a toothbrush and dip it in some water with a tiny bit of soap and brush it that way? I'm sure somebody else will have a better suggestion though. Sorry, I'm not very helpful![]()

oy. cat spray is the worst. Prognosis: not good. I have a beautiful leather purse that got peed in by a cat and no matter what I tried, it still smells bad.
Try dabbing it with vinegar. Takes the smell out of anything and it doesn't stay vinegarry smelling.
can you turn it inside out to clean it? Even partially? Try to do that and attack with some vinegar and a toothbrush. or maybe a baking soda paste?
