Dry sauna, body wraps, tons of water, tons of cardio, sit ups like no other. Low carb, no bubbly anything, no alcohol. I think that's all I know for now. I used to do diuretics before a shoot but don't recommend them now. Not healthy.

no alcohol boooo![]()

Definitely no booze. It makes the cellulite appear. Try more antioxidant foods as well such as blueberries. Also yummy and filling.

btw i was watching this ad and the personal trainer said that sit-ups actually thickens the abdominal wall and pushes the tummy out. is that true? have they worked for u?

Well in combination with cardio, to shed that layer of fat over the abdominals, it flattens the tummy.
Using weighted machines for crunches builds mass. Maybe that's what they were refferring too?

no carbs, tons of water, cardio first thing in the morning (burns the most fat) and if you're really motivated, at night too

its not a nude shoot maybe ill just buy a really pretty corset to hide it![]()
It is possible to do sit ups to bulk out your abdomen but if you do them along with cardio and you make sure that when your doing them you suck in your stomach, they will flatten pooch. Make sure your sucking it in, its easy to push your stomach out when your doing sit ups, especially when your tired, so suck it in as much as you can.

Absolutely no carbs!
She means before you eat anything. That way your body turns to your fat reserves for energy. Do crunches and twists, but skip the weight and make sure you are exhaling on the lift. Also,do an enema or use a laxative the night before so your tummy is nice and flat...I think you can eat carbs, but stay away from starches like bread ,pasta ,potatoes . I think can definitely eat vegetables but no booze for you this week and stay away from salt. Lemon in water is a natural diuretic and it can't hurt you.I think you will be surprised how much of a difference you will have in a week.
Feel the fear and do it anyway.

She needs carbs. Otherwise she won't poop fully. Pooping fully eliminates extra water and it simply healthy and will help to maintain a flatter stomach.
Stick with protein and veggies. Eliminate fruit even for the 7 days but make sure you eat salads and/or steamed spinach, broccoli, and other greenies. Cabbage can hlep to eliminate water too.
Do a Google search for Jillian's cranberry diet drink- Jillian Michaels, that super thin, hot trainer on The Biggest Loser.
It's a combination of water, dandelion tea, natural cranberry juice, and lemon juice. She says drink it every day for a week. I drank it for four days before a photo shoot and I lost a couple of pounds of water weight and my tummy was flat. That, in addition to everyone else's advice, should get rid of that pooch.![]()

I haven't heard of that one^^. Thanks.

mastercleanse diet for a couple of days (and be sure to do the salt water flushes to push the crud out.)
Ooo!! Ooo! I know, I know lol...
Okay, is it true? No, not in the way that the trainer said. Can doing sit ups make your waist and stomach bigger...yes, if you do them wrong.
Allow me to explain:When you do sit ups, the way to find the right muscles to work out is to lie on the ground with your knees bent. Without tucking your tailbone under, suck your stomach in. Imagine that there is a string running from the cieling through your bellybutton. On the bottom it's stapeled to the floor. Do not allow your tummy to push out.
To know if you are doing this right, keep your hand on your belly. As you crunch up, you should not feel your tummy pushing into your hand, but pulling away.
Doing this ensures that you are using the INNER muscles, not the ones that line the outer wall of your stomach. So, if you are using the wrong muscles, the ones that push into your hand, you will be building those muscles....like, for instance, do you ever see somebody with abs that seem to like be coming off their otherwise thin stomach? Yeah, they're doing sit ups wrong lol.

^^^ cool thanks! thanks for the advice ladies i will def try that cranberry diet drink! i might have that corset on hand just in case tho![]()

no, the master cleanse is a fast. You do a saltwater flush in addition to the fast to keep the crud out.
The master cleasne is a flush designed by Stanely Burroughs that rids the lining of your intestine of all the crap built up in it. Burroughs theorized that a lot of diseases are caused by "toxemia" or a build of up toxins in your system.
If you DO do this fast, please do it correctly. Do not stop it too soon, or all the toxins that have loosened from the lining of your intestines will not have a chance to get out of your body and this could make you quite ill. I have posted in a couple threads about this; anybody is free to pm me about it as well.
Aaaaah!! Sit-ups totally thicken my waist! I mean obviously, if you're building muscle anywhere, you'll get bigger. But I used to do crunches all of the time, and they didn't do anything for the layer of fat over my abs. So I stopped doing them.![]()
(As a side note, every woman SHOULD have a little padding on her front. We're biologically engineered to carry more fat so we can support any children we might have...)
people should definitely do it for the ten days, but that's not realistic for a lot of people--
plus you can get results really quickly-- and I believe that even though it does drop pounds quickly (make sure you do some weight training so your body isn't burning the muscle) it is also useful in the short term to give your body a break, and make you thankful for just eating really healthy.
I did it for sixteen days-- so I can't say anything about getting ill if you end quickly-- because from my research, people tend to have sick symptoms in the first couple of days because of all the crap being unloaded-- I haven't heard anything about being sick due to ending early.
^^^
You're right, it totally isn't fun and you do feel sick on the first couple days...ugh...can you say chained to the toilet lol? (sorry TMI I know)
I'm a total nerd, and the reason I believe in doing it for at least ten days and then properlly coming off it (oarnge juice and veggies instead of going back into normal eating) is because I really believe that Burroughs knew what he was talking about when it comes to Toxemia. In his book he says that if you go off it too soon, the toxins that are breaking free of your colon and stomach walls are dispersed into your body, floating around, and can do more damage than if they were where they originally were....Know what I mean?
Again, I don't know for a fact this is true, but I'm a big backer of Burroughs and take his word for it lol.

I gotcha-- in the ideal world, absolutely.
I actually broke my fast after sixteen days with raw veggies.
tasted sooooooooooooooooo good. raisins and lettuce and cukes and purple onions---
omg, nom nom nom. actually, I LOVE raw purple onions after the master cleanse.

A colonic and absolutely no carbonated sodas/waters/energy drinks/etc - worked for me in the past.
