    stock fruits, veggies, hummus, iced green tea, frozen fruit and bananas with milk to whip up a smoothie.

    frozen gapes
    little chocolate truffles (not a diet food, but worth it. try cutting it in half)

    I'm the opposite. My appetite is less when I smoke. But on the plus side, when I do eat, everything tastes so good! I had the best romaine salad yesterday with only one tablespoon of blue cheese dressing. Yum!


    But, I'm back in school next monday. Not much a summer break for me, but I had the whole last year off to smoke everyday if I wanted, so it is time to get back to work!


    Promote yourself and earn more money! This is a business that is owned by strippers for strippers. Let's make that money!

    I found some really yummy frozen all natural fruit bars at a health food store. They only have 45 calories and take awhile to eat. I also drink hot tea or hot chocolate to help fill me up.

    I used to just refrain from buying any junk food or sweets at all. That didn't work- we live right down the street from a Sonic, Wendy's, Taco Del Mar, and Dairy Queen. We'd just smoke and take a road trip.

    OMG fresh pineapple with a little bit of Splenda (I'm talking a LITTLE- cut up a whole pineapple and sprinkle it with a little packet) sooooo good.

    I smoke far too much for my own good. I try to keep around those chips that are 1/2 the fat (made with Olestra, it's never made my butt leak)
