I fucked up my shoulder and the left side of my back doing a pole trick last Sunday. I went to the doctors on Thursday and he told me not to do any "athletic activity" (lol) until Monday at the very least, and only if I wasn't in pain. Well, it's Saturday and I am hurting for money... I need to work tonight but I'm kinda confused on what I should do on stage if I can't do pole dancing... that's kinda my thing...I wish I had more of a safety net because I really don't want to work tonight and possibly make this injury much worse. I woke up this morning and it feels worse because I was picking up the baby last night... should I give myself another day or just try and be extremely careful at work? I'm worried about money, but it'd be more money to seriously fuck up my back I'm sure!
(Also, the only high heels I have are fucking huge heels and that'll probably also kill my back I'm worried. My order of 4" heels haven't come in yet lol.)
