So Thursday day I went for a 3 hour workout. Did weights, cardio and afterwards the dry sauna for two 15 min intervals. I drank about 15oz of water during that time. That night I felt fine. Friday, I felt like crap all day and all night. At work last night I had the chills and was feeling delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) really bad. I usually drink about 1.5-2 liters of water a day and have been eating healthy.
How come I feel sick? Do you think the dry sauna had anything to do with it?
