Default Feeling odd, not sure what this is

I've been feeling off all day. I thought it was two cups of coffee and a red bull for breakfast, but that was hours ago. I feel like I'm quivering all over, even though I'm physically not. I feel over-alert, like something MIGHT happen and I need to be aware of all things at once in case it does. My stomach feels weird. Not empty, especially since I just ate, but just...weird. My fine motor control is wonky. Like I had to kinda make a little extra effort to grasp the handle of my fork. I don't get it. What's going on? I'm not afraid, just very, very confused.

sounds somewhat like a panic attack brought on by caffiene.

But I don't FEEL like I'm panicking, like I'm in danger, or something horrible is about to happen. Just like hyper-alert.

Looking more into it, I think you might be right abot the panic attack. I'm not freaking the fuck out, but a lot of the common symptoms are applying right now.

it could be an anxiety attack also. they are less potent so to speak. i get a lot of anxiety attacks, but not a lot of panic attacks. take a shower, put on some music you like or curl up in bed for a while youll feel better xo.

Have you had anything substantial to eat? You might want to eat something healthy and not too heavy.

I used to feel this way for weeks before I had my first panic attack. Anixety attacks are lingering while panic attacks are full fledged attacks which fade away after a few minutes.

Coincedentally, I was drinking tons of coffee back then too.

Try to limit your caffeine. 2 cups of coffee AND a redbull could probably wake the dead!
