    Default infected wound

Ii have a pretty bad wound from a recent accident that I think has become infected. Does anyone know if I need to go to the doctor, or will peroxide, neosporin, and keeping it covered make the infection go away?

If you think you need to go to the doctor, do it! We need more info....

For now, you should soak the infected part in Epsom salt & hot water or apply a compress of Epsom salt on a sterile cloth.....Leach the infection out for now.

    get thee to the doctor!

if it is a minor infection then you will likely only need some neosporin or something but you never know, unfortunately.

It can be difficult to make a recently single man pay for sex when he knows that a quick trip to the local watering hole would secure at least one hard drunken tumble for far less cash. It is even more difficult when he is something of a dead ringer for James Bond as played by Daniel Craig and possesses the sort of awkard charm and confidence that brands a man like him as a lady killer.

OK, I went to the doctor, and he said that it was irritated, and not infected-thank goodness! So he gave me a script for antibiotics just in case it gets worse, and he told me to just keep neosporin on it.
    thanks to everyone that replied

^^^Thank you, when I was talking to the doctor at urgent care, he was telling me how it was good that I came in even though I wasn't sure, then he started telling me how some people have to get body parts amputated if the let the infection get too bad
