    Default new dancer

Hello. My name is Brody and I'm wondering, how do I tone my body without losing weight, and gain muscle? I'm not looking to be skinny at all, just toned, I guess. I just want to tone my ass and thighs. Stomach would be nice, as I have a little bit of a mama's belly at the moment.

If anyone has any pointers, that would be great.

I started dancing two nights ago and it has been pretty cool. The first day (I worked day shift) I made about 160, and last night, I was lazy, and did too much perusing I guess, and made only about 150 (yes, it was Saturday, so there were a lot of people there). It was pretty great! Anyway, I have another question, I suppose...

I don't shave my vagina, and a lot of men come up to me and comment on how "nice my pussy looks" down there. A real jerk of a dancer came up to me, and very bluntly told me to shave everything. I could tell that she is a veteran of this profession by the way she looked haggard and almost as if she wasn't even trying anymore, almost homely, at 28 years of age. Should I shave it? I mean, I do trim, of course, and I use every precaution, I spray body spray down there, lotion it, etc. I just think that it is a nice change-up considering EVERY womyn out there has her pussy shaved, and it adds a little mystery, because they're not seeing all of it unless they tip me.

Oh, she also said that I was very unhygenic because of the hair. Is it appropriate to say this to me? I mean, it's not like it is the best gentleman's club in my city or anything, and just because you are shaven does not mean you are devoid of STDS or vaginal discharge/blood.

Also, has anyone used organic tampons while stripping? I do not normally use tampons, actually, I have never used one, so I'm not too sure. Lemme know if you have any tips!

Oh, I also have no idea how to do a couch dance, and while they're not required at my club, it is highly encouraged. I am sexy, obviously, most every womyn is regardless of their attributes, I just don't know how to exploit it, and use it to my advantage. Should I mainly just bump and grind, or should I be less touchy about it?

Try Pilates,Yoga,Nia,etc for toning. I dont think u should shave ur bush. Fuck what she thinks she is not ur boss. Plenty of men love a little hair down there. And as for learning how to couch dance just watch the other dancers and u will see how its done

I think one of the best things you can do is be different..in regards to shaven or not effecting your sales...you'll be able to tell, and change if needed..it always grows back quickly, lol. Ummmmm try googling the organic tampons, i used to work for an organic farmers association, im sure there is something out there, otherwise try googling unbleached cotton i guess...but you probably wont be able to work if your menstruating using nothing. In regards to the other dancers comments, just walk away, no use getting yourself into with her and losing the job..if it keeps up, talk to management,,,if after that go to another club, you already have experience under your belt.

I work with horses and ride during the day, so im pretty tone, plus before i started dancing, i practiced, lots of up and down leg squats, bringing your arms all the way up and down.LOTS of stretching...um differant moves that i knew would make my muscles ache, lol. Private message me, i actually have a few vhs tapes...somewhere?lol that i could mail you, or magazines that have good exercises. You will probably tone up very quickly dancing too! plus you'll learn alot from just watching...i noticed clubs are different with lapdances...but keep in mind certain clubs and dancers offer TOO much with them. PM me if you want, I'll be on later before heading off again. Good Luck...keep your head up

Don't listen to that dancer. Do whatever you feel is making you money. Because in the end that lady isn't spending any money on you... it's the men in the club... so if they say they like it then keep it. That's the reason why when I go to work... I go in make my money and leave with keeping any conversation with the other girls to a min. because I hear the way they talk with each other in the dressing room and I'd rather just keep to myself.

as far as lap dances... it really depends on the club. On my first day I was clueless as to what I was supposed to do... so when I got my first dance I kinda peeked at what the other girls were doing and got an idea. do only what you feel comfortable with tho.

when I'm on my period I just take that week off from work. :-)

yeah, i met like two or three grrrls there who are actually nice to me. a few of them have "taught" me things, like how to take money while i'm dancing, how to rumble my rump (don't laugh, i can't dance! haha), etc. most of them have been bitches (sorry). seriously, i mean, two men came up to me and said, "hell yeah, i like what i see," then i went over to them after i finished and they were like, "i came over to you because you don't shave. you actually look like a woman." so, i was like, okay, i'm gonna keep it. nothing against shaving it, hell if you have piercings or tats down there, you fucking rock! i just hate shaving [in general] it.

also, what do i do if i can't literally communicate with some of the customers, as i am not bilingual?

i dance to mostly 80s music/80s cheesy metal, and it gets me really pumped. does anyone else dance mostly to metal/rock music? if so, how do you dance slow?

i feel like jennifer beals from flashdance when i'm up there; i just sorta let loose, and dance too fast, i think. haha.
