    Default I'm new and I SWEAT...eek!

Damn ladies I just started dancing and have a pretty good figure/am pretty good at dancing, but FUCKENAY if I am not pouring sweat after 3 rounds of dancing (lord don't get me started on giving a lapdance)....I am really self-conscious about it, and it makes me not want to hustle dances as much...some guys say it's a turn-on, and I'm super-hygenic so I don't think I smell too bad, but PLEASE tell me it gets better with more practice??

I had this problem when I first started dancing. My feet got so sweaty my shoes would slide right off! You'll adjust soon enough. In the mean time, babywipes are your friend.

also you can use spray deoderant all over, lightly and that will help.

I sweat really randomly. Look for the AC vent and try to drag the guys you're going to dance for over there during the previous song. That way you can sit under the vent till that song stops and then the next song your dancing under it. Also if you feel like your about to break out in sweat step back (hopefully your still under the vent) and air dance for a few seconds and then turn around and bend down showing him your ass but getting air blown on your back. Getting away from other things exuding heat (like horny guys) will help even if the vent isn't there.

Other than that I just tell them that I'm working extra hard for them, and they can tip me for it at the end (smile/ laugh), and they say "I know, your so hot blah blah". And I usually get a bigger tip because of all that extra effort I put into it...ahha.

Hmmm....these are excellent suggestions....I didn't even know they still made spray deodorant! And the "working sooo hard for you..." tip line is great, will have to try that out and let you know how it goes....

I've finally seen this hot lady in action and I didn't notice the sweat... however if I had I'm sure it would have been sexy.

Renegade... I had the same problem. It did go away after a few weeks.

With the summer months upon us, I've purchased a classy little hand held fan.

You can keep a towel in the dressing room so you can dry off before LD's.

I don't think the air conditioning works in my club because it's always super hot in there and I sweat everywhere. I pretty much just stopped caring and most guys seem ok with it or turned on by it. When it gets really bad, I cover myself in baby powder and that seems to help.

I think this fan idea is a pretty damn good one! Besides doing the obvious and being a fan, to be using it at all it means you've been working, people would notice you with it at the bar, and you can just fold it back up and stick it in your guarder if you don't use a purse...COOL!

I don't have a real problem with sweating (as in I dont really care when I do it, ahha) but if someone did they could include it into their whole look and probably rock it.

I started using Lush's powder all over my body because my back and under my boobs sweat a lot. I apply everywhere with a large, fluffy foundation brush. I think the one I've been using is the Candy Floss one, but I just bought the Silky Underwear Dusting Powder, but haven't tried it yet. They both smell great.

Edited to add... the one I'm currently using is called Candy Fluff, not Candy Floss, and smells sweet. Good Stuff. But, it has talc which is iffy stuff. The SUDP does not have talc and has cocoa butter bits in it.

I've been dancing for a long time and I'm always sweaty at work. Guys are sick fucks though. They never seem to mind and they always tell me it's sexy. Now if some sweaty dude wanted to rub all over me, I woudn't like it . I don't get my customers sometimes.
Feel the fear and do it anyway.
