OT: Hey, that's work by Johnny C. I was gonna work with him.

Anyway, I was on youtube the other day, and this guy is on there with a workout routine and he basically uses a broom and you do side bends. A few years ago, a guy friend of mine used to do these and his abs were great!

That photo looks photoshopped. But Corset training can really get your waist tiny.
This is not photoshopped. She is in the guiness book of world records as tiniest waist.

Ack... I like a tiny waist on a woman, but that picture just looks weird! So does the one in the OP.

I want to start corset-training but I'll wait for cold weather if I do it. For now I do 200-300 crunches a day, and half of them are on the sides. I turn my waist so my knees are on the floor to my side, and do crunches forward toward my hip. I can feel it tightening all those muscles in my waist.

People use waist cinchers and have gotten ribs removed.

More conventionaal methods are pilates and a lot of ab exercises. Some women's bodies though are just structured differently. Pear shapes tend to have smaller waists but bigger butt, thighs and hips. The apple shape carries most the weight in the mid-section.

Yek, I know you have toned up a lot, do you have before and after pics for a little inspiration?

Dunno, I don't really have a goal per se. I think right now my waist is about 27" and I'd like to lose another two or three inches off my waist and hips. I'm not measuring much, just trying to work out and look better overall.

I have met Marzia Prince (from the first post) several times, and her waist doesn't look like that. Her body is amazing, but it is very photoshopped in that pic. She has a much thicker waist than that.

^ yea you can tell that it is PS.

Lexi, non surgical methods are tight-lacing (corset training) and pilates. However genetics and body structure are the real determining factors.

Lipo isn't always a guarantee either because we also have muscles under our organs and that also plays apart in how small the waist can get.

I know a somebody who had her ribs removed. She was born a male and has the most curvaceous and voluptuous body ever.

My fitness coach at school recommended three crunch routines that target the lower abs. I'm supposed to do three sets of 15 reps with each. I'll increase the reps by five every week.
I'm also a huge fan of pilates and yoga to tone up and slenderize my waist. I had a real pare shape before my boob job. My waist is already pretty small compared to my hips and butt. I just wanna tone up.

I have a little waist and honestly its all natural. I may get a 'belly' but my waist is always little. Its always 24" no mattr waht i do. I think it world lo0ok better with larger hips. If you have bog boobs and a larger wais t it makes your waist llok smaler

I looked up that girl in the original post (Marzia Prince) and her myspace and website said that her waist is 26'' so that has to be photoshopped. I think her overall measurements were 36-26-36, so that should make us all feel a little better!

I heard get a colon cleanse would help shrink your waist because it gets rid of all the old junk in there. For me, the only way to get a smaller waist, is what I eat. I could work out all day long but if I'm still eating junk, it wouldn't make a difference.
