Go to the gym. You don't really need it, but it will make you feel much better.
I lost ten pounds in March from a vicious flu bug that came back three fucking times and kicked my ass very thoroughly--plus I was working way too many nights in the new club.
I hate losing weight the way most women hate gaining it, and am about as obsessive with weighing myself, etc., to see where I am at. I've been going to the gym again for about two weeks now, still haven't gained all my weight back, but I feel fine because I am back into the routine, and kicking ass. So will you. Just don't let the first session bug you, you will have lost some ground that is to be expected.
