Default Does anybody else do this?

I have a normal appetite usually and no eating problems other than being a picky eater. However, sometimes I just won't be very hungry and I don't each much.. and other times, like now, I'll eat and then an hour later feel like I haven't eaten in a week. I don't even want to think about all the food I've eaten today. I feel like a huge, bloated cow. When I get like this, I eat because I think it's better to eat than not eat when I'm hungry.. right?

Should I eat normal meals and if I'm hungry in between just say fuck it and not eat? Does anybody else do this or am I weird?

I'm like that too. I go with it to an extent. If I find myself eating absolutely nothing, I'll force a little bit. If I find myself eating everything in sight, I'll try to limit it a little, hopefully to healthier foods.

The more I eat the hungrier I get, especially if I'm eating crap. It's a cycle. I totally understand.

Yep. Me too. My stomach and all get used to eating less and after a day or two of eating less, healthier food I'm not as hungry all the time. And I dont crave crap as much. When I was in PDX and Yek was feeding me tofu and brown rice and veggies I was hardly ever hungry. I was full and happy and healthy! Once in while I would get a craving for chips or something...but probably only 3 or 4 times in the 5 weeks I was there.

As soon as I came home and started eating like normal..I packed a few pounds back on.

Ok..so the solution for me is move to PDX,buy a huge (pistachio??!!) house that me,Yek and our men can all live together in. We will all be slim and healthy from her cooking and lots and lots of sexin'!!!

^ Can I live in this house too?

I'm happy to report that today I've had a normal appetite and eaten a normal, healthy amount. I'm not sure why, I just wasn't excessivle hungry today and it was awesome.

I think bodies are smart and that they know what they need. As long as you're actually paying attention to actual hunger instead of wanting to eat because you're bored or emotional or it's there, give it what it wants.

i'm exactly like that...but i've realized the days that i'm drinking a lot of caffeine or drink a rockstar i can go w/o eating anything. but, i'm like you where it's in cycles, no appetite at all then super hungry the next day (i.e. eating a ton of fast food twice a day plus snacking in between). are you stressed more when you're not eating (cause unlike some people i tend to eat less when i'm stressed) or drinking a lot of caffeine?

I don;t eat breakfast because it sets me up for failure, then I have to eat like every 30 minutes it seems. I get all light headed and feel so shitty.

If I don't eat breakfast I can easily go till 5 but if I'm just sitting around the house I'll keep going to the fridge and binge till I go to bed.

When I have shit to do, I completely forget to eat. I'll go days without even noticing I haven't had any thing. I wish I had more of these days than the others! ahah

I do this too. Argh, my eating habits are fucked up. I wish I could go back to the normal three healthy meals a day and snacks like I did back in early-mid high school and not think about food like I do now.

I do this too. Its probably not very good for you but it seems to suit mje. The last couple of weeks I've been eating like crazy and have put on a few pound and then today I'm just not hungry and haven't eaten all day. Since I'm trying to loose weight I won't eat when I'm not hungry as my stomach will shrink a little meaning that when I do eat I'll get full faster.

i just eat when im hungry and stop when im full
a lot of times i only eat 2 meals, which might seem unhealthy, but i would think listening to your body would be better than following rules...
