I have a normal appetite usually and no eating problems other than being a picky eater. However, sometimes I just won't be very hungry and I don't each much.. and other times, like now, I'll eat and then an hour later feel like I haven't eaten in a week. Should I eat normal meals and if I'm hungry in between just say fuck it and not eat? Does anybody else do this or am I weird?
