The other plan i was on is just to restrictive for my lifestyle at this point. I was in a big hurry last time to loose all the weight and this time I really shouldn't have to rush. I would do really good with a super strict diet all week then BLOW it on the weekends and gain most or all the weight back i lost all week.

Its a vicious cycle and i'm over it. I've been loosing and gaining the same 5 pounds for 3 months now.
WW is great because i can pretty much have anything i want within my points allowance. This makes the foody in me very happy!
I would hate on myself so hard core on my other diet and WW is allowing me to eat what i want with in reason so i'm not messing up.
Its only 17 bucks a month to do it online and the resources available are great.
I'll keep you all updated on my results. My goal is 2-3 pounds a week.
I also do cardio 4 times a week for 35 minutes at a moderate to high intensity
ETA- since i already paid ahead on the genetix program i'm still going to talk to my diet dr every day. He will help encourage me and monitor the WW since i won't be attending meetings.
