Ok, so I started taking a probiotic supplement to help my digestion, etc. Along with acidophilus it also has a bunch of other healthy probiotics. It seems to be helping with what it is supposed to. One thing though...since i started taking it, my appetite has gone way down. Where i used to be able to eat most of the day and not feel full. I now feel full after very little portions (like 1/2 a burger with nothing on it), and i just dont feel hungry in general.
Has anyone else experienced this with probiotics?

...what exactly is this? I mean, what form does it come in: is it a pill, or a food product, or something you put ON food (like fiber or nutritional yeast or something)?
