    Default tea help

    im sick thanks to some bitch who came into work coughing all over everything bronchitis....eww. so i did some googling and sw searching and decided to buy some teas in hopes they will expidite my recovery. i bought elderberry, chamomile, and echinacea for immune support (its mainly echinacea but has peppermint and tons of others in it too). i am not a tea drinker by any means - i frickin HATE the stuff. naturally i know nothing about it. one box is telling me to drink 2-3 cups a day or 4-6 for the best results. how many cups should i drink while im sick? is it okay to drink them all the same day? i just drank 1 cup of each. also how many cups would help support my immune system when i am not sick -kinda like a preventive measure. i already take a multivitamin and vitamin c daily which give me my recommended daily dosage, but should i take 2 each daily while im sick? i dont want to overdo it. suggestions pleeease!

    also is chugging my tea okay or do i need to sip it for nutrient absorption purposes?

    go get oregano oil pills-- that'll speed it up if you're taking it constantly over a few days. you can get 'em at whole foods or other natural health food places.

    Try silver leaf tea. it's the best for you. Then you can drink less.

    Don't take echinacea if you have ragweed allergies. People do and then wonder why it doesn't help. That's all I got.
