    Default stillman's diet

    hi,

    kinda my first post. i was on this site about a year ago and now im back!

    ok, so i've been on the "stillman diet" for 3 weeks today and have lost about 13lbs. but i've seemed to have stalled and can't lose any more, it's been a week and nothing.

    has anyone tried this diet? and any tips on why im stalling? thanks!

    Hi.. Which one are you on? There are 3, maybe 4, {I forget exactly} including the one for teens...

    I've used his, 14 Day Shape Up for ever.. When I hit a stall, I have to really look at what my be sneaking in...

    I've heard this diet is best used to break stalls since it's so restrictive. Your body might have gotten used to it in three weeks, and plateau's are common. Anyhow, there's a stillman's section in the forums of http://www.lowcarbfriends.com where someone more informed might be able to answer your question.

    thanks ladies.

    im on the quick weight loss diet one. im thinking you guys are right. my bodies gotten used to it already. im gonna switch to one of the other ones..."inches off diet" which is pretty much the opposite and see what happens there, i still wanna lose another 15lbs....
