    Default Period Q

Okay, so I never really have a period, even when not on BC. When I did it was super light and five days exactly. I never even had to wear a pad/tampon, just wiped when I went to the bathroom, it never got on my panties or anything.

I've been on BC continuously for about four years now, first on the shot, then the pill, and now nuvaring.

For, say, the last three-four days I wore the ring, I started bleeding. It wasn't super heavy, but I was bleeding. It was five-six days til I was supposed to change my ring when this started. Finally I got sick of it and took my ring out and then I really started to bleed, for two days. Today was the day I was scheduled to put my new ring in. So I got it.

It's okay to put it in even though I'm still bleedng, yes? And wear a tampon? How long should it take before the ring makes my bleeding stop?

I feel so dumb but I'm like a twelve year old girl cause I've never had to deal with a period before. I am too embarrassed to even buy tampons. LOL

There is a great product out there called the softcup (instead) its a cup ring you wear when your on your period .

For me bC pills was and still is my only option of controlling myh period I never been on anything in 7 years.

So you basically have to do trial and error in your situation I guess.

I know when I first had to buy pads I would be a nervos reck. but now I go in get it and come out.

11 year old girl buying pads wasn't always plesant first few times my parents bought them for me. the very first time my dad bought them.
