Stage just is not my thing. I am a VIP room type of girl.

^^Threadjack, you are reminding me of an old poster.

No way!! If I miss a stage set while doing a lap dance I get a $50 fine that I have to pay to the girl left up there. My club won't sign anyone off tables so there is no way of getting out of it.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

I'm totally threadjacking to ask how her comment was threadjacking....(completely not trying to sound bitchy, just that I've been accused and I'm not understanding what qualifies as a threadjack besides what I just did.... if she's applying the story to her own situation isn't that all we all do on here is speak from our own experience.
Now me and skipping stage sets: I've only worked at stage only clubs so I'm interested in the idea of a new hustle where you don't even go on stage, sounds like I'm going to be playing a whole new ball game with all new rules. Sounds so foreign to me when girls are usually crying if they get skipped where I work. But I was wondering how girls keep track when they're up when you have so many girls working, esp in the larger vegas clubs. Let's say you remembered that you're after ydancer who's after xdancer but they're both doing lapdances....
God I'm totally threadjacking even in my attempt to comment on the girls comment. I guess I don't understand how this works,
I'm going right now to start my own threads if I could only find the button to do that with.
I'm leaving right now before I dig my whole deeper

never mind can we act like that never happened? I just read this thread about threadjacking, I'll never do it again:
http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...=threadjacking
still can't find where I start a new thread tho,,,, please don't kick me out I'm learning

every club i've worked in (which has been 5) it's been a set rotation, no exceptions, no "paying to get out of it". the only time you got taken out of rotation is if you were in VIP .. and i worked at one club where you had to leave VIP if it was your turn for stage.
Sorry, it was me that was doing the threadjacking. I like this thread. I want it to continue.

oh gotcha, my bad I saw the arrows (^^^ and thought that you meant the person above you

At my club there's only one VIP booth and it's rarely in use. It's not worth the $ anyway, as the club takes half of it, unless you can get a guy to tip over the amount. And tips @ my club usually don't compensate. Better to sell multiple laps, IMO.
Club always skips you if you're doing dances, I don't think you CAN buy your way off stage, and I love stage anyway- tends to help me rather than hurt me. Because I don't "look" typically stripperish I think it helps to change some minds in the room & I usually get more dances after a stage set.
