i guess this might be kind of obvious but why dont you get a color treatment and make all your hair a shade darker, then get a conditioning treatment?

If you want to keep the highlights than get the new growth and mid shafts highlighted, don't let them run the bleach or highlift color (which ever one they use) through the ends or they'll be damaged even more. Then just get an all over toner to make everything essentially the same color.
If you want to go all one color than just get color put on the ends to match the rest of your hair.
After you finish getting your color/highlights done then get a couple inches cut off the bottom.
I like your natural color, and hey, it's free. Just trim the dead ends, I vote leave your natural color.

I love the color. Maybe layer the ends a little bit to give it more shape?
Conducting myself in a terribly sexy fashion on and

judging from your photos, I'd like to see you in an all over color that would reduce some of the brassiness of the grown out highlights... I'd propbably do two applications of demi-permanant (no damage) color on you- first on the brassy stuff, then scalp to ends for your final result. This is of course dependant on whether or not it would compliment your skin and eyes.

Well I can't tell where your hair is brown or blond, but if you just die it all one color (darker) you'll be fine. It might be a slightly different color but no one will know.
