Default How do you organize your exercise/eating schedule?

I'm trying to fit in more exercise to my week:Treadmill, and yoga and pilates vids. The prob is I have to eat fairly often-I'm hypoglycemic and just generally a tiny-stomached, snacky person. I eat something every few hours and I will crash out (blood sugar) after exercising. Eating extra protien doesn't seem to help much. Every exercise video tells you not to eat 2-3 hours before doing the vid. So how do you organize your exercise?

I'd really like feedback from similarily blood sugar issued women if possible.

I have the same problem. What I do is just have a small snack about a half an hour before working out. I'll start off with a mild workout so I don't get cramps, but it helps me a lot. I also make it a point to have something small with protein afterward.
