I've been running a mile or more on the treadmill at the gym..I'm proud of myself and want to run longer....But I start to throw up. Will this go away over time? Should I time my running for mornings before I eat?
(I know I shouldn't run long distances since I dance & my legs get enough workout, but I'm trying to slim my figure down & figure running is a good way to get lithe.)
