    Default I'm REALLY doing it this time...

    Ok guys...after a long hiatus, I've decided I really do want to get back into (or really, just into in the first place) stripping.
    My only apprehension is lap dances. The one night I worked, I was TERRIBLE at them. I get soooo nervous, I shake, and I just cannot do it correctly. I feel like I'm going to crush the guy if I get on top of him like some of the other girls are.
    Any tips? Because, obviously, if I don't do dances, that's going to put a dent in my earnings!

    I'm going through the same thing. I was supposed to go back to the club that I was working at before yesterday but I never did. I keep contemplating about it. As far as the lap dancing goes, just be confident. Never let a customer see that you're nervous because you want the impression that you're confident in what you do. Do you have any guy friends (or girls) that you can practice with? That way, they can tell you their opinions and what you should or shouldn't do more of.

    Seriously, guys are tough. they can handle it. If they were uncomfortable they'll either tell you about it or make it clear to you by their facial expressions, and you can ALWAYS ask them if your making them uncomfortable.

    I'm sure that's not the only thing that's making you THAT nervous.... what else is bothering you? Are you afraid of the rejection? Are you nervous that what your doing is bad? What are the under lying fears that are causing you to get so shaky. Sometimes we need to really ask ourselves these questions because yes, if you don't get over your worries they will affect your money.

    Other than that, just keep it simple and you'll do fine. Don't pressure yourself to do more than just asking guys "wanna dance?" or making small talk for A FEW minutes. Until you feel comfortable with those things (the very basics) you shouldn't put pressure on yourself to do more because you could be setting yourself up for failure.

    But keep it simple and you'll do just fine

    I've returned to dancing after long hiatuses more times than i can count. But it gets easier every time. Good luck
