Default CHOW's top ten strip club restaurants

Ten gentlemen’s lounges with good food. Seriously.

Let's make this conversation about food, and not the few snarky anti-peeler comments. I agree with another commenter that Portland's Acropolis belongs on that list. Any other suggestions? I'm thinking that they're missing a representative from Texas in a serious way. Didn't they invent the strip club steakhouse in Houston?

Interesting. Supposedly, Cheetah's in NYC has body sushi on the menu. Sounds like a cool concept.... I wondered if it was any good or just a silly gimmick..... That being said, who goes to strip clubs for the food???

There used to be a bar in Portland with sushi, Lush, but it didn't last too long. Too bad; it was a gorgeous bar.

Not surprised Camelot is #1. Three cheers for the home club.

It's the kind of place where you buy the dancers drinks and dinner. And, well, anything else they want, come to think of it.

And I'm incredibly picky about restaurants. These are the three I have on speed-dial:

Yet Camelot always surprises and delights.....

To be fair, he did say "gentlemen's lounges" and not necessarily strip clubs; but I agree that that's fudging it a little.

Hey, you can really work up an appetite being a PL, you know.

Flight Club in Detroit has very good lunchtime eats.

These days I like to count my money. I like to wash it delicately and iron it. Sometimes I dry it with some bounty to make it all nice and cuddly. I love my money... did I say that out loud?

I used to work in that town, and one of the clubs seriously has a popcorn machine behind the front register/desk. You'd be doing dances, and drunk dudes would grab you with their popcorn grease hands. This is the CLASSIEST place in town. The town is nice, the clubs are lacking.

I was Entertainer of the Month there once. Big accomplishment.

I've hit Robert's at the PEC a few times. There are better steaks to be had in Manhattan, but theirs is certainly good.

Gotta love how the comment section below the article turned into a debate about strippers being objectified and the evils of stripping. Shhheeesh. So predictable.

Shit, if I'm going strip and waste my life and be objectified all that other shit they said, at least now I know what clubs to work at so I can enjoy a nice steak with my $500 bottle of wine

I think stripclubs need not only a delicisous menu for the customers but a healthy one to. We are strippers and when some of us try to go to the gym, then go to wk and all their is JUNK FOOD! OMG what a waist of time SEROUISLY! that depressing.

"[T]he black ink squid–infused homemade pasta in tomato fennel sauce, mixed with lobster, scallops, shrimp, and calamari."

That sounds amazing. My club's website says they serve free sushi during happy hour and that's one of the reasons I was so excited to work there. I haven't seen a single piece of nigiri in 9 months

I do NOT mean anything deleterious by this but the menu of most strip-clubs sort of fits in with everything else going on.

People could argue, and I am sure certain types would, that consumption of lap dances and what all in the S-C is the equivilent of junk food.

You know, not particularly healthy for you but it tastes so good.
