Default NEW HAIR - not sure!!

Okay girls so some of you i'm sure remember when I attempted to take my hair blonde... I ended up going to the salon and having them try to fix it and we had to cut a lot of it off... i'm not sure i'm happy with it.

I prefer long hair, but considering your situation I can understand. For a short cut, it really does look good.

I like it. The blonde really makes your eyes pop! I like long hair too, but it's a cute cut and it'll grow out.

I like the cut,but I dont really like the blonde on you. Sorry. I think it would look better with some lowlights

I like it! Short hair is very trendy right now and can set you apart from other girls. Buy something black. Blonde girls look dead sexy when they wear black.

Ooh ooh! You should try curling it into waves. A la Carrie in season 5 of Sex and the City.

I also agree to add lowlights. That tone is very harsh against your skintone...

As per the cut - do you use a flat iron? It just looks like it should either be smooth or curly. It looks too fluffy.

I think the blonde washes you out. I think a medium to dark brown would be more flattering to your skin tone and facial features.

I think it would look better if you flat ironed it and flat ironed the back down, not out. I know it's a style thing, I just don't like it.

What color is your natural hair? darkish "dirty" blond? (for the record I hate the term "dirty blond", that's what I am, and it pisses me off)

The length is nice and the blonde is nice but its too brash, I would try adding some caramel and honey toned highlights.

Take it from a bleach blonde, don't do that yourself!^^ Get a stylist to do it for you, if you decide to go that direction. I tried going honey/carmel and ended up with a blueish gray color! Bleaching really effects the chemistry of your hair. A stylist fixed it for me though.

If you want to DIY...get a lowlights kit. They usually come with a toner which will tone own the brassiness

I agree that a few lowlights will add some demension- nothing drastic, you don't want to look striped. Just a deeper shade of blonde for lowlights. I would like to see some relaxed, loose waves on you, too... like a nice I-just-got-shagged look.

In all honesty, you need to go back to the salon and get toned... Judging from the second pic, your hair is yellow at the scalp and orange towards the ends. With a few medium blonde highlights and a couple of tweeks with your makeup, you could totally rock a platinum blonde.

Don't mean this in a rude way... but that colour makes the "imperfections" (freckles and the like) really stand out on your face.

I actually think it doesn't flatter you at all. I agree with everything mia said. I'm also not a fan of the cut. An angled bob would look cute, but if you keep the cut you have, you should flat iron or make the loose curls other's suggested.

The color is not too bad but would look more blended if u did the loose curls like the pic posted above. have u ever tried a light red shade? I think that would look hot on u

I think the short-haired dancers stand out from all the long-haired girls. Plus, a good short hair cut is sophisticated.

^^ I agree with Lust, this style and color would look great on you. I'm not a fan of the blonde, I'm sorry. I think a dusty blonde, light brown, low lights etc. would look much better on your skin. (I hope that doesn't hurt your feelers)
