    Default Oh Nooooooooooo!

    I've been off of working out for 3 weeks. I took a break for my knee and then we went on vacation, twice, (and I didn't eat the best either)and I just got back to working out hard yesterday.
    I tried my wedding dress on today...it doesn't fit.
    I think I'm going to cry.
    As soon as I realized I couldn't zip it, I changed and put my poll up and started dancing- HARD!
    I need a bustle, and don't want it taken out (there's still 2 inches on each side that could be released) because I know in 2 months it will fit again.
    What do I do?! I know the lady at the store isn't going to want me to leave without it being let out. And, I just really want a bustle. I'm soo Fucked! I'm worried if I have it taken out it will be too big when the time comes.

    Got to a gym and see a personal trainer. Tjey should be able to push you to where you need to be.

    You have 2 months.... how much do you think you need to lose, or how many inches?

    When is your wedding? Two months? I would work out as hard as I could and get it fitted as late as I could before the wedding. If the lady gives you a hard time, explain to her that you go up and down a lot (even if this is a lie) and you want to wait.

    You have two months, I'm pretty sure it'll fit perfectly by then. Hello Kitty had good advice about getting a trainer to help u out. Try not to stress about it.

    I have a trainer, and I belong to an MMA gym. I already went 3 times in the last 2 days, and I'll go again tomorrow. Since I was on vacation and away, and a bum knee and no finances I had to stop with the trainer. I'll be starting in August again (with the trainer) when I start my new job and hitting the gym/workouts about 5-6+ hours like I was before the knee injury.
    I have an inch to loose I'd say. And it's in a spot I tend to loose (and gain) quickly-the mid back area. Once I start throwing punches like I used to it'll melt off in no time. I'm pretty sure that it'll fit in time, but I'm really upset at myself for letting that happen. And, I don't want to deal with the bridal fit bitches. Thems ladies can be NASTY and RUTHLESS!!

    Since I wrote this thread I've worked out 6 more hours. Tomorrow is a break day. Then I'll work out 4-5 days in a row..some of those days double days. I might just go for a hike with the pups through the mountain side.

    You have 2 months...workout,watch what you eat and SPANX!!! And if the woman gives you any guff tell her to STFU..that you gained weight on vacay and will have it off by the wedding so if you take it OUT it will be too big on you by your wedding date.

    if it's only an inch, you need to hit pilates hard! i lost almost 2 inches in a week and a half of doing windsor pilates in my house!

    that's what pilates is famous for!

    I used to have windsor pilates..I have no fucking idea where it went! It was great too..I also had good results. The PDS class I take has some simlilar move in it that help strengthen the core area.
