I'm thinking of buying one for my dogs, especially since my pomeranian probably would be alive today if I had one.

Does anyone know about these things?

I've heard the technology isn't solid on yet. Also, from what I've heard from people it comes off easily, that AND it's so big that a lot of times smaller dogs end up with it being taken off because owners worry about it's size/weight. Overall I think it's a good idea, but I'd wait awhile and see if something better comes out.
I'm not who I say I am.
hrm, I don't like that the battery is only 5-6 days. That means you basically have to charge it every 2-3 days, in case they do escape. You don't want it to have a low battery.
I want something like this. I have them chipped, but it doesn't really help if they run away and get hit by a car before they are found.

I wasn't aware publicly sold tracking systems were that accurate yet.
Hell even my $800 GPS continuously thinks I'm one street over.. if I'm in a big city, forget it, the signals bounce off the buildings.

Yea, my car gps is sometimes off too. It likes to get turned around and tell me to go left when I need to go right. It is correct more often than not though so a pet gps might be worth it, especially in combo with being chipped.
