I'm not aware of one. If you're from the Chicago area, you already know that this metro area is pretty far behind most other big cities, especially within the boundaries of Chicago itself. I presume you mean a club similar to the one recently closed in NYC? They either don't exist here or are so well hidden that it's hard to see how they'd make money.
Try asking Golden Rule or Eric Stoner. I understand they run private parties in NYC so I bet one or the other would be able to either find out or tell you about those types of events in Chicago.

By private you mean not open to the public? I knew someone who ran a private club. It was near Scores, but not sure if it's still there. This club was invitation only I believe. Never worked there but knew it got very wild. Near there are several "lingerie shows" that have private booths in back or upstairs that not many know about. One club was called One Step Beyond (or something like that). There was also a club like this in south of Chicago. I also knew a guy who ran a bachelor party company and on several days a week rented a big warehouse for a private club.
If this isn't what you mean, then I don't know.

In the past few months, One Step Beyond was busted for their high-mileage fashion shows and is now a much tamer air-dance venue, according to everything I've read.
I think the southside location you refer to is called the Candy Shop or something like that. Based solely on what I've seen from the website www.chicagofreakfest.com, I'd really wonder about their long-term legal prospects. But you are right to mention them.

Oh my...what kind of website is that?? It's still too early in the day for me..
Back on topic, I haven't heard of any either but was also watching this thread to see. Is OSB considered a private lap dance club? Because I know they have a bunch of clubs just like OSB all around that area. I didn't know they got busted recently either. Hmmm.

I had never heard of OSB as a private lap dance club. They're a dive bar in Melrose Park with lingerie fashion shows. Until the 5/29 bust, there was a LOT of contact associated with the "dances". But now all indications (on TUSCL at least) are that the dancers are keeping things at "air dance" distance. They have extra seating on their 2nd floor that was open only on Thursday nights, perhaps that was interpreted as being a "private club".
Read the TUSCL posts on OSB. They're pretty accurate from what I've seen in person, at least as things were about a year ago. The Stripclublist.com pages on this club are worthless, a stupid race-baiting continuous flame war.

There is a private lap dance club in chicago. It's just north of Scores on Manhiem. The name escapes me at the moment....its a bar/restraunt in front and an invite-only lap dance club in back.
They definitly do not advertise as a stripclub, and most people don't even know it's there.
I will ask around, I know a few girls who have worked there.
